One thing I don't like about the system is companies must "donate" (bribe) to the politician who is in charge of an area of roads. This is added into the bid of the roads, and will keep the system from easily changing.
We should be able to up vote which roads are built/fixed and then use the winning generated currency to actually pay for the roads to be built by construction companies who accept STEEM directly!
wait..... Mindblown. That would provide a highly efficient way of deciding what roads need fixing. This would make it really cheap. And when the robots take over the job it will be streamlined to perfection. Of course we will all vote for our street to be fixed right haha.
