Yes, the Nadurra batches are usually around 55% ABV, so some harshness is to expect. Do you drop in a bit of water in the Nadurra?
Sorry just noticed the reply! For the Nadurra I use a chilled glass. I let it sit for a minute on the counter so a little bit of frost builds up and then pour. I don't like using tap water, I feel like the chlorine and fluoride disrupt the flavor.
Oh yes, definitely don't use tap water if it's heavily chloridated! We have the fortune that our water in Sweden is very clean and "natural". Some whisky's you "have" to water down a bit though - like for instance the 60% "Glenfarclas 105". Otherwise you'll miss out on so many flavors that will remain "locked in". I recommend buying a quality bottled water then.
