红薯馒头
今天下午利用休息时间又做了红薯馒头，味道还是棒棒哒，只是今天的面粉是没有发酵的，在超市买的普通面粉所以又买了一包酵母粉配上，上次在老家带的自发面粉吃完了。今天我分享一下我的红薯馒头制作过程:
①先把红薯去皮洗净切成一节一节的放到锅里蒸熟
②把酵母粉用温开水搅拌均匀(我今天加了一点白糖在里面一起搅拌)
③把红薯倒入已经调好的酵母粉容器盆中，用勺子把它压成泥，然后再倒入面粉，搅拌均匀。
④搅拌均匀以后就开始揉面粉，揉成光滑的圆团。
⑤用保鲜膜盖好来(或者保鲜袋)发酵两个小时。
⑥发酵以后再次加入面粉揉团，这样发出来的馒头比较松软。再放上半个小时，就可以开始蒸了。
⑦其实蒸馒头也有讲究的，就是倒入冷水以后把馒头放到蒸板上再开火蒸。
⑧蒸十五分钟左右，馒头都鼓得很大个了，香气扑鼻的馒头就好了！
哈哈😄，这就是我蒸馒头的一个小过程，外观不漂亮，但是口感挺好的。关键是我小孩爱吃，我也爱吃，所以我经常做来吃。😍️
