港式茶餐廳
茶餐廳在香港隨處可見，內裡甚麼也可以吃，但原來在其他地方不是這樣，很多餐廳都是用了地方色彩 地道食品來分類。
因此，茶餐廳在其他地方開業，突然便加上「港式」或「香港」。
我去過幾家不同地區的港式茶餐廳，發覺有幾個共通點，或許，這便代表了香港
- 繁體字，不論室內設計或餐牌，都用繁體字
- 三葉或四葉吊扇
- 六七十年代歌廳式設計
- 貼上「鄭伊健」古惑仔電影海報
原來電影的感染力，很容易深入民心，茶餐廳在其他國家的人心目中，原來是黑社會的「講數」場地。
