bureaucratic BS always has loop holes. You just have to find them. Remember we have people with jobs that are just to create laws. Yet old laws are still in play. EX " you cant own a chicken named Fred in Texas" thats not correct, but there is a similar law. That law was put place because somebody had enough money to create it. The reason was probably old Joe wanted his chicken to be the prize winner. Remember this situation is very old, but its an example of "knowing how to get what you want"
Very well written reply. My challenges is, too many people know how to get what they want from insurance company, and we're bleeding 😅 there's even special services that helps "client" to mediate this kind of stuff. But yeah, we will either have to put a stopper to block the holes, or stop that business once and for all.
