电影编剧的搞笑设计也确实大胆，把严肃危险的缉毒组工作和开炸鸡店结合到了一起，工作碌碌无为没有成绩，还在为退休金发愁的缉毒组组长带领着组员们因为侦查的需要，阴差阳错地把炸鸡店做成了网红。即使在长官训话的时候，还不忘记接听订餐电话，还不忘记做广告推销。因为炸鸡店的火爆，缉毒组组员们的收入也水涨船高，还在执行侦察任务的同时，却开始为炸鸡店的生意而辛苦劳作，费心经营。就如同一位组员所疑惑的，“我们是为了抓罪犯而开炸鸡店，还是为了开炸鸡店而抓罪犯？”

影片后半部分是紧张刺激的警匪火拼，缉毒组成员各个身怀绝技，结果也没有出乎意料。

The film from a funny point of view, wulitou really reached the ideal effect, but there is no connotation of wulitou, and the feeling is always lack of something, after laughing will forget all.
影片从搞笑角度讲，无厘头确实达到了理想的效果，但是没有内涵的无厘头，感觉又总是缺少了一些东西，笑过之后也就忘的一干二净了。
