What is DLive ??? and How to Use DLive ???

Maybe you've heard or read before the words DLE, DLive, DLive.io or @DLive while playing in steemit. True, or not ?
If that is better, then you already know what it is DLive.
Well if not here I want to give or share my knowledge about DLive. I will tell you about:

• What is DLive?
• How to use DLive?

What is DLive?

DLive is the first decentralized live streaming app in Steem Blockchain. DLive has been in Alpha for the last month and has now been officially released as a Beta app.

How to use DLive?

Inside DLive we not only can stream video but we also can upload video.

So we can use DLive as a place to stream video and also upload video. Before we start streaming or uploading a video we must first login through SteemConnect to login then you just need to login using your Username and Password Steemit here.

Well to stream video you can follow the following steps:

1. Download Open Source OBS Software.

In the Beta DLive version, the only supported encoding software is OBS

Before you can start streaming in DLE, you need to download the encoding software, then set it up. OBS is the most popular open source and open source software for streaming broadcasts. In the first beta of DLE, OBS is the only encoder we support. Guide to Encoding ~ DLE

Go to OBS website that can be found HERE to download OBS Software for your specific OS.

When finished with the launch of the software installation.

2. Setting up DLive.

Go to DLive.io and login. DLive uses SteemConnect that helps protect your keys.

Once you're signed in, go to the 'Go Live' page. This is where most of the miracles happen.

-> First, upload the relevant thumbnails.

-> Secondly, fill in the details of what you are streaming.

3. Enter your Encoder Authentication Details into OBS.

This is the most important part of this process. Make sure you keep your Authentication information a secret. Do not reveal it to anyone. You can find details of Encoder Authentication on the right side of your view on the same 'Go Live' page.

You will use these details in your OBS software as follows: -

-Click on Settings.
-Go to Stream.
-On Flow Type set: Custom Streaming Server
-Set URL field: Server URL starting with 'rtmp /'
-On set Stream Key: STREAM NAME / KEY
-Check the box 'Use Authentication'
-On set Username: Username starting with 'ClientXXXX'
-Set Password: Password under the username above

Remember to click apply to save the settings.

You will then set the scene and source for what you want to Stream.

4. How to start a live stream on DLive.

Even before you click 'Start Stream' in OBS you have to go back to DLive, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Next'.

That will take you to a page where you can edit the post and have it the way you want it to appear in Steemit. When you finish creating a beautiful description click 'Post'.

When it's done, a new page will open and you'll see a 'Start' button. Click the start button and wait as it is.

Once done you can then switch to OBS software and click 'Start Stream'.

Good work! You are now officially streaming on DLive!

Do you remember the mistakes we talked about earlier in the post? 'Failed to connect to server' error? Well, if you do not click the 'Start' button on DLive before starting streaming on DLive you will get that error.

Be sure to click 'Start' before heading to OBS to start streaming.

1. Go to DLive.io and login. DLive uses SteemConnect that helps protect your keys. Once you sign in, go
   to the 'upload' page. Which is on the far side of the right-hand corner.
   
2. Then will arise a page like this.
   
   click to upload or drag and drop your file.
3. The last step the contents of the data required
