This is fantastic! Cooking bacon is an art form and you have mastered it. Pancakes are yet another art and real butter and real maple syrup are the only accoutrements worthy of the royal pallette. Bravo my good man.
It took a whole lot of failure to understand the finer points of the frying. One CANNOT walk away from the stove.
