- The website now has a menu
- Added search in menu to go directly to a user profile
When 2 founders create a company, they own 100% of it. When they raise money they usually sell 10-30% to a VC, create what we call an "option pool" for their first employees and give nothing to their users. That is how every company is built. You may think that Steemit is different but still. It is just two guys owning their company, but this time they have created a sort of 'option pool' for their users. In the end, the distribution is very fair.
I forgot to mention the fact that the steemit account isn't included in the distribution graph.
