Yes. It melted in the heat.
Awesome shots of it, I remember getting one of these back in NZ years ago, the smell it made was quite delicious :)

Once it melted, where is the wax collected. Is it inside a container or a tin? Can it be re-use when it solidify by putting a fuse inside the melted honeycomb.?
