I specialised in property title reconstruction. And on that subject I could bore for Ireland.

Yes, that's correct. But property title in Ireland historically passed by deed, unlike the rest of Europe where the title was registered. This often resulted in titles being lost in the mists of time, which is where I came in.
I wish Zelda would have a prompt about Titles and deeds. I bet I could have written a story about this subject )))
