You are also right, to a certain extent.

Images that are not your own, that is, that are taken from an image bank, are not an original production of the author of the post.. Everything that is there comes in here, including the images generated by AI.

I usually tell content creators that original content, which also includes photographs, is more representative of themselves. Content creators should know this and I think they know it.

The image that is created by AI, who belongs to it? to the AI... I guess. And it is not your creation either, and you should mention it.
