Get rid of the conditioning

In our journey from the beginning of life, we are trained to react to different circumstances following existing patterns of behavior.

After all, this is a safe way to develop ourselves with the acceptance of our family and society as a whole. In adolescence, mainly part of what is accepted as normal by the majority is essential, and many change their behavior only to avoid being rejected by the group.

Walk unhappy or have to face resistance if they decide to follow their essential nature and respect their heart desires. Break with behavior imposed standards is difficult because it requires a deep conviction about what we really need to achieve fullness.

But there is no other way to live consciously. It is essential to gradually broaden our perception about the way we usually react to life. By doing this, we will realize that most of the time we live mechanically, without any trace of originality.

Be natural, spontaneous, faithful to our own desires, it is a learning process that requires courage and creativity. It can also become something fun, if we know the challenge with a light spirit, facing the constant renewal as a growth path.

Try something new every day, and the mind will have less control over you. Even if small changes in your way of walking, the way of speaking.
