How fast can you lose weight with intermittent fasting?

Under optimal conditions, I’ve lost 5–6 pounds a week.

Intermittent fasting isn’t some magic trick; it’s optimal meal timing. If you eat way too much even in your “eating window” you’ll still gain weight.

As you pointed out, many variables go into it. But intermittent fasting is finally the optimal approach, regardless if any of the other variables are involved.

Make sure not to over fast, and not to do it for weeks without breaking your fast early “breakfast.”
