My Faceblaster Routine & Results! Before & After with the Fascia Blaster by Ashley Black
These are the photos from my progress thus far with the face blaster from Ashley Black. I started with the regular Fascia Blaster and when that showed great results, I ordered the face blaster as well. I have been using the face blaster since June 2017. This is my routine (in the Dtube video) and these are my results thus far.
This is the routine that I use with it. When I started, I hit the face about every other week. At this stage, I generally only do the face about once a month for maintenance and hit the rest of the body once a week. It has helped a lot with my carpal tunnel issues, back pain (and sleep!) as well as lessening knee pain. It has been a tremendous help since I had the lovely Fail on the stripper pole last week (where I was spinning on it and the pole broke, sending me crashing tot he cement floor!). It is like a deep tissue massage and I love how it makes me feel. I sleep SO well after having Patrick do my back with the regular fasciablaster.
As you can see from the photos, even though I am still around 50 pounds heavier than the photos from 7 years ago, I once again have a jawline and have thinned out in my face so I have visible cheekbones again :)
It has also lessened the cellulite in my legs and has helped tremendously with the excess skin that I had from weight loss.
