- First day
During this day, only green apples can be used to reduce the size of the stomach by eating three or three kilograms of apples. - the second day
- Breakfast: Eat a green apple. - Lunch: a green apple, in addition to a salad of vegetables with lemon juice and oil free, and two pieces of cheese free of fat.
- Dinner: a green apple.
- the third day
- Breakfast: a slice of whole wheat bread, plus a slice of turkey, and a slice of apple.
- Lunch: a piece of apple, a vegetable salad, and two carrots
- Dinner: a bead of apples.
- the fourth day
- Breakfast: a slice of whole wheat bread, a slice of hamburger nimbus, and a bead of apples.
- Lunch: 200 grams of tuna, free of oil, or washed with water, in addition to a salad of boiled vegetables and lemon juice.
- Dinner: a cup of skimmed milk, as well as chips of corn flakes by the palm of the hand, and a bead of green apples.
- The fifth day
- Breakfast: a slice of whole wheat bread, boiled egg, and a bead of apples.
