What a beautiful area about the walk I did not know anything about aloe plants before seeing this post so it was very informative, and then the bonus of the heron how cool is that

We have the small aloe vera plant in a pot, when insects bite, or happen to burn yourself in the kitchen, go outside cut a leaf and apply directly, it is this smaller version most come into contact with.
The heron was slowly idling past not bothered by much. Did not get to put up photo details, ran out of day. Thanks for visiting and hosting #WednesdayWalk
Yes I have heard of and used Aloe it is very effective, having the plants handy is a great thing
