WednesdayWalk - Thermal complex Friedrichsbad
Hi, Steemit!!!
Today we will continue our walk around thermal complex Friedrichsbad in Baden Baden. We continued our walk along the back wall of the thermal complex and suddenly in front of us we saw something !!!!!
We absolutely did not expect to see something like that!
Who and why put these jugs at such a height remains a mystery to us! On the Marktplatz square, where the alley led us, there was another fountain, but without a warning sign.
You can drink this mineral water. Marktplatz Square or Market Square is one of the main attractions of the city.
In its center stands the collegiate church.
The city collegiate church is the family cathedral of the rulers of the city in which they were buried. In total 13 generations of Margraves of Baden are buried here. Due to the fact that the church was rebuilt more than once, it is a mixture of different architectural styles.
From the Market Square opposite the church you can see the New Castle, the former residence of Margraves of Baden.
But that's another story! :)
Have a nice day !!!
