Wednesday Walk
#Wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay
I was hopeful that I could enjoy a bit of time outdoors this morning. But there was rain in the weather forecast and there were clouds in the sky as the sun came up.
Just outside the door I saw that the first daffodils were beginning to come up. Years ago I planted 150 daffodil bulbs around the yard and each year they provide me with springtime beauty. And the deer do not eat them, which is an added bonus!
It didn't take long before all of the patches of blue in the sky were covered with thick clouds.
And then the rain started to come down.

Great pic of the daffodils
Thanks! Spring is coming!
The coming to life of the daffosils is the moments deel more energetic and less tired
I wish I could grow tulips, but the deer find them and eat them off to the ground every time. So daffodils it is!
Tulpsoort we are good with Those hahahah, the deer dont they like daffodils or are they poiseness?
They don't like the taste of daffodils, but they are like heat-seeking missiles when it comes to tulips! Even if I plant them in pots up on my front porch they will come up there to eat them during the night!
Its the smell and color i think , here we dont have deer, but alot of mols, so i use special pots for in the ground they Cannot eat the bulbs
That's a good idea. I have had squirrels dig up the bulbs and take a bite out of them. All these creatures should work on learning to appreciate looking at beauty and not eating it!
love seeing the daffodils, winter is finally over!
It does seem like it has been a rough winter for many of us! I am happy to begin seeing signs of spring!
Nice post!
The last picture with the water drops and ripples is the best. Thanks for sharing your Wednesday walk :)

I didn't have, but the pond is very close to the house, so I only got a little wet!
Love the daffodils bulbs peaking through the surface.
They are blooming everywhere here. One more thing to smile about. :)
Daffodils make me smile, too!
What a bummer. But at least you managed to spend a little time outdoors. I am sure more of such days are on their way. Spring will be here soon.
Temperatures are beginning to get warmer! I can't wait to be able to have my morning cup of tea out on the back porch!
Patience! You will be able to do that soon! :-)
