Hey there SS888 yes, I'm enjoying my day so far. Hit the office at 7am worked until 9am and now and am a cafe having breakfast (A couple poached eggs on rye toast with avocado and black pepper.) Coffee also of course.
I'll hang around here for a couple hours writing something for steem and then head back to work. Yeah, I'm kinda lucky, I have a pretty sweet gig so loads of autonomy and the Directors value me and what I do so leave me completely to myself. I've empowered my team to tick-over when I'm not around and so I'm often not around. Lucky me huh? I spend 2-3 hours a day at this cafe usually.
Anyway...I'm surprised you call it Autumn. We do here of course but I was under the impression American's said fall. My mistake. I am but a country boy after all, and not versed in the ways of the world. 😂
Oh goodness... my favorite bread is rye bread! I find that incredible. I like it even just toasted with loads of sweet butter! Wow, 2-3 hours a day for creative thinking! I like that 👍👍👍. Middle managers are paid 6 figures to do just that! That time is so valuable!
Yup... lucky you, and it is the fruit of that very effective management style of empowering your team to make independent decisions and take action without having to consult you in every move they make. Empowering your team is optimizing their talents and skills, rather than that old-style way of just delegating tasks. Kudos to you! Yeah, I think that "fall" (the fall o the leaf) is a more casual term for Autumn but it is used interchangeably here😁.

I'm lucky to have such a good team, and to have a lot of autonomy in my work day. I've worked hard to place myself in this position. Luck helps, but I'm a fan of making my own. (Luck)
So, breakfast is a distant memory...it's just after 5pm and I'm home from work with the cats!
Looking forward bro a relaxing night with them as I'll not be around on the weekend...Flying interstate.
Anyway, have yourself a great day and enjoy whatever it is you have planned.
