Do You Really Need A Coach To Create Wealth?

Do you really need a coach to create wealth? I hear this question a lot. This is one of the main considerations people have about whether or not to work with my company to create wealth. I want to address this today so that you can make a decision on if you need a Wealth Creation Coach and how to utilize one.

No. You don’t need a coach. That’s the easy answer. Why? Because you also don’t need to be wealthy. Just like you don’t need to wash your hands after you go to the bathroom and you have need to brush your teeth. You don’t need to do anything. Those who operate on the basis of need rather than potential, typically will not build wealth and that person does not need a coach because they don’t want to achieve what a coach would allow them to achieve. For the rest of us, yes, I believe you need a coach.

Where will you be in 3 months from now? Legitimately, if you keep doing what you’re doing, where will you be? How about 5 years from now? 10 years? You see, you are creating your future everyday. You create your future based on your behaviors, the information you have, and the people you spend your time with. If you aren’t growing, you will be worse than you are now.

So ask yourself, do I want to be better, the same, or worse?

Let’s say you are doing well. You feel like things are on track and you’re making good progress. Objectively speaking, if you had someone pushing you, training daily, and increasing your targets, would your life get better? I believe fundamentally, the answer to that question is yes. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing. Just like if you hire a good personal trainer at the gym you will probably do better than the person who is not using one. A coach will create a positive impact in your life.

You may be like me and you’ve had bad experiences with coaches in the past. I want to address this with you. By definition, a coach is someone who gets you where you want to go. I’ve had sports coaches who were negative, unmotivating, and actually held me back. By definition, that is not a coach. Why? Because they didn’t help me get where I wanted to go. I’ve had business coaches that literally convinced one of my sales people to quit my company to go back to college. That was the opposite of what I hired him to do. He wasn’t a coach because he didn’t get me to where I wanted to go. Imagine hiring someone who helps you get educated, set goals, create a plan that you agree to, holds you accountable, and also introduces you to people and concepts that take you to the next level. That is a coach. If you’ve never had that, then you need one.
