Most people don't want to drink water before they go bed, because they know they will have to get up during the night.Gravity retains water in the lower part of your body when you are standing.When you lie down and the lower body is level with the kidneys , it is than the kidneys remove the water because it easier.You need minimum of water to help flush toxins from your body.

This is what happen to your body if you drink 8-12ounce glasses of water every day for 4 weeks.you have clearer skin toxins that lead to inflammation and pimples are flushed of your body,you are more alert forget coffee-the main reason for frequent fatigue is dehydration,you lose weight especially before eating,drinking at least one glass of water helps reduce the feeling of hunger,you have fewer wrinkles dehydrated when you have a good good water balance.your liver work better it purities the blood and works even better if the body gets plenty of fluids.you have less muscle pain you often get painful muscles and joints when they dont get enough water.your memory is better if the brain cells get enough water they work faster and more efficiently;you think more clearly and concentrate better .
