The Unwinnable War on Terror, 17 Years of Perpetual War, and What's to Show for It? Chaos and Destruction

in #war6 years ago (edited)

September 11, 2001 was the spark that launched the "New American Century". A "catastrophic and catalyzing event" was needed to push America it's next stage of Empire, at least that's what neocons wanted. And they got what they wanted.

But what did the rest of the world get? What has Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait and now Syria gotten? A shitload of chaos and destruction is what. This "war on terror" is just an excuse to reshape the globe into what the globalists want. Some within the military power structure have stated the war on terror will be a 100 year war, despite promises of short interference which was never going to be the case. Some even want perpetual endless conflict. They have plans of their own to plunge the U.S. and much of the world into a perpetual state of fear, terror and trauma.

The unwinnable nature of the war on terror has been recognized by many, even by some who wanted to engage in it. The cost of the war is minimal to them and their interests, as they reap benefits through profits while the masses of soldiers are the ones who pay the price, along with the hundreds of thousands of those they are ordered to harm. The highest cost is to them, those who are invaded for various motives of the political and financial elite.

Some within the military have admitted the war can't be won. The most recent is a top U.S. commander, Gen. Austin Scott Miller, who took command of NATO's Resolute Support mission in September. Speaking to NBC News, he bluntly stated the apparent never-ending conflict can't be won militarily, but requires a peace that can only be achieved from political resolutions:

"This is not going to be won militarily. This is going to a political solution."

Speaking from the Resolute Support headquarters building in Kabul, Miller suggests the Taliban might also realize there is no way for them to win militarily either:

"My assessment is the Taliban also realizes they cannot win militarily. So if you realize you can't win militarily at some point, fighting is just, people start asking why. So you do not necessarily wait us out, but I think now is the time to start working through the political piece of this conflict."

But the Taliban aren't so willing to accept that end and aren't too interested in negotiations with Americans, according to an interview RT had with a top Taliban commander. The Taliban might just have to hold their ground. The conflict was seen as a stalemate for years, until recently where things have tipped in favor of the Taliban.

While the Afghan puppet government put in by the U.S. controls, or rather, influenced just over half of the 407 total districts in the country, the Taliban controls the rest. That's a record low since 2015 when the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) began tracking data on district control. On top of that, the Afghan government has suffered numerous casualties at the hands of the Taliban in the past few months. The Pentagon says the Afghan security forces suffered a loss of 1,000 fatalities in August and September 2018.

Miller himself survived a Taliban attack in Kandahar in October, leaving an Afgahn warlord and local intelligence chief dead. Despite the current desire for a political peace by Miller and the State Department, it seems efforts to promote peace talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban may not be realized, at least not in the short term.

Some Taliban are putting down their guns and willing to stop fighting. It just isn't the majority yet. Whatever the future holds, one things I can be pretty sure of, is that the U.S. won't leave to allow the Taliban to overthrow the Afghan government the U.S. put in. The Taliban will have to disarm completely, putting them under statist authority and control, with the U.S. having conquered a key position in the globalist effort towards a new world order and centralized superstate that will pull all the strings.

Thank you for your time and attention. Peace.

The terrorists from the middle east who want to spread their culture and religion do not need to fight a way to do it. They have about 8 children per household compared to the average American who has maybe 2. The white westerner will become the minority over a period of 20 years as the easterner of Islamic faith fast becomes the majority without raising a gun. Though they do like to fight. LOL I also tend to believe the war on terrorism was brought in to advance the big brother security police state. Thanks for your article @krnel.

why is Taliban invincible?
because they are innocent,

the reason for attacking them turned out to be self-made by the aggressor,

they will always win because they are on the right side.

maybe they physically look lost, but psychologically and the religion of the Taliban has won.
salute to the Taliban who dare to defend the truth.

It's happening in Europe. Youtube videos are out that openly talk about the plan. Outbreed the whites. Impregnate the women and breed Muslims to take over the world. Some people are nuts. A silent white "genocide" of sorts with covert means, not overt violence to kill... too complacent to do anything about it... The war on terror does indeed help to fuel the big brother agenda :/

These wars were never meant to be winnable. They were meant to scare Americans to believe that they live in a world of perpetual threat.

Yeah, fear is the game. That way you can manipulate people more easily and get them to do what you want.

Sir @krnel it is very informative post you share here. Sir the war on terror is really an opportunity for whole the world to gid rid of the rigid and extremist mind people. All human being is the right to serve with their own way of life. No one is the right to impose their own will on anyone or any other society.
We have to educate the narrow minded people to live thier lives and let the others to live thier's.

Yea, globalism and a new world order of control is the goal, the extremists are just convenient reason to go to war and make money too...

Yes you are right.
Sir it should be clear from the world now because without peace no one can feel safe in the world and insecurity is not acceptable on any cost for all of us.

As the middle and lower class continue to be the pawns of the elite, fighting their wars for them, one solution would curb the madness. As far fetched as this idea may seem it would make our leaders think twice before signing on the dotted line to support one military action or another. Simply, if you vote to get involved in a conflict then you or a relative must also be willing to join the forces involved with these bloody wars.
If this were to be the case, then only after all civil endeavors are exhausted, in an effort to resolve differences, a lot of the elite may think twice before putting pen to paper condoning WAR.

Yup, only when there is personal investment in something do most people really understand it's affect/effect.

Watch From Freedom to Fascism by Aaron Russo and remember war is the biggest BUSINESS on Earth for the Freemasons.

Yup, mega billion industry through destruction... sad humanity :/

It is profit before people sadly, and 17 years? more like 70.
Have a great week.

Yes, it's been ongoing since after WWII... but I was more talkign about the major push in the past 17 years which has been really strong :/

"War on (mythical) terror" ? The real terrorists wear suits and people in the west vote for them. :-)
