War Cemetery, Chittagong
Chittagong War Cemetery is in Dampara territory, No.19 Badsha Mia Chowdhury Road, 22 kilometers north of the air terminal and 8 kilometers from the port on a site which was earlier paddy fields, yet which has now been created. It is close to expressions of the human experience school and near to Finlay's Guest Houses close Chatteshanry Road; a notable street prompting the Hindu Kali Bari Temple. There is no C.W.G.C. street bearing sign. The Burial zone is arranged at the base of an incline specifically behind Finlay's Guest Houses and is encompassed by an expansive territory planted with a blend of wilderness trees, fruit trees and blooming trees. It isn't effortlessly observed from the street. A limited tarmacked path leads from the passage door to the internment zone which is entered through a metal entryway flanked by two little block houses of prayer. The burial ground doors are open from 07.00 to 12 twelve and 14.00 to 17.00. Every remembrance appears as a finely bound volume containing the names of the dead.
