Some more wonderful garden porn for me I see :) And lovely shots of seaside views, of which I can never get enough.
I love the shot of the lobster traps and the 4 wheel vehicle, it just seems so Canada somehow. Like a sort of unbridled freedom on your coast we don't seem to enjoy in this part of the USA anyway.
The photos of the lilypads are like monet paintings. I have a little homemade pond in my old veg garden and the lilypads haven't started reaching the surface yet, so this beats mine. though our forsythia buds are now being replaced by leaves, so those seem a bit ahead of you. I find it interesting the difference in flower times from our two distances on the same coast.
Monet is more beautiful than 'real life' IMO hahaha, what a talent...stirs so many emotions...
I love to see your guys' area too, we are so similar, yet different, and I can never get enough of it, I love the views from Toad Hall!!
The 4 wheeler on the dock is SO Canadian HAHA!! They should have added a line about that in this song: (btw this song completely describes my teenage years in Northern BC shit town, Canada lol)
OMG I love this! So, true about the nice and manners. I have to say I love Trailer Park Boys, so between that and Anne of Green Gables I have a pretty well rounded view of NS :)
I love Canada. Believe you me I looked into emigrating, but just like the EU and the UK no one want's Americans, but I can't say I don't blame them.
Now I'm gonna have to tell @winstonalden I'm going out for a 'rip' when I'm off to mess about in the woods or get up to some tom-foolery on the beach collecting up random driftwood or dragging home washed ashore logs or practicing my archery :)

Wow! What a beautiful walk @lyndsaybowes I didn't even know you this time last year .. so to see your home turf in full spring bloom is a real sight to behold!! I love the purple flowers, so beautiful and so full of life .. stunning! I popped out for a walk earlier and grabbed some pictures of the bluebells .. so I'll try to add them next week! Thank you for sharing!!

Yeah people always try to plant cedars here, I never see them doing very well, and they definitely don't grow very tall. Oooooooh makes me miss the west coast for sure!! I miss the standing people!!
