México City, the capital of the country was someday a lake, and ancient aztecs have Tenochtitlán which was a city also like Venice. Still there is a zone in the city, Xochimilco, which is famous for its rides through the channels. Back in your wonderful city, let me tell you something, it has nothing to ask to Venice, you have all the beauty an more than the italian city, maybe more famous and with notorious people, but in the matter of beauty I think Venice is trembling. I'm sorry if one Venetian here disagrees!! ;)
