Walk .. I mean climb with me..
Well I may have bitten off more than I can chew this morning... For some reason I thought that it would be a good idea to try and climb this mountain..
I headed across the road to the beginning of the BMX trail..
At first the trail was super easy and I ambled along.. taking selfies and other pics..
The trail started to get more difficult.. in some places flat out treacherous... there's a 75' canyon to fall into..
No worries though.. the worst is behind me.
Wrong again.
Up up up I climbed... until I got here..
No way up. The rocks are too brittle.. am I'm stuck..
Figured I'd just go back down a little and find another way up...
Now I know I just climbed up that.. but fear is not letting me climb down... my legs are shaking just thinking about it... one slip is a certainly a broken bone.. if I'm lucky. So here I sit.. blogging about my upcoming death.. scared to death.. but with a amazing view..
So here I sit trying to formulate a plan.. hopefully my next blog isn't from the hospital.

I am going to go do something safe like train some BJJ while the daredevils do this stuff!
Good idea. I should have left the mountain climbing to professionals. Still stuck in the same place. No water. No weed. No cajones.

Oh shit Dave. Get down safe man! That looks like some loose rock. You shoulda took some weed. When I'm climbing a mountain if I get that nervousness a little smoke helps calm my mind and allows me to focus and carefully do what I gotta do. You definitely got yourself on a crazy adventure. I really hope it all works out ok!
I don't know that having weed would have been a good thing.. that cliff i ended up climbing.. I'm glad I had a clear head head for that
Ya, I understand. I'm a mountain climber so I'm sure my experience makes a difference when it comes to that. But for me it really helps clear my head and let me focus.
