Happy new work week to you all. It's your Steemit baby girl @julietisrael in the building asking you if you had a really wonderful weekend?

The weekend was a stressful one for me but we are up and running.

It's yet another beautiful day in the curation world and it's been amazing so far reading through contents from across Africa.

Here is the curation report for today, as brought to you by @julietisrael live from Africa.

1. Introducing MediBloc- The solution to a decentralized Medical DataBase on the BlockChain

By @antigenx

Medical history forms the ethos of practice, it requires an experienced medical personnel to dig around the circumstances surrounding a particular illness and come up with a tentative diagnosis for a better management of the patient. This was the traditional practice of medicine passed on from generation to generation. It didn’t change despite different contributions in medicine made by the Chinese, Indians, Greeks, Romans and even the Arabians. History still stood the test of time.
MediBloc is a platform with a vision of decentralizing the medical data making it readily available. It won’t be surprising that mediBloc decided to the ethics of the medical profession in its data project.

2. Why do we have bad dreams?

By @bookoons

Do you have nightmares? Nightmares leave us feeling anxious, fearful and disturbed, sometimes stressed. The degree of this feelings are directly proportional to how bad the dreams are. Sometimes the effects of this dreams can lead to stress and worry, which can affect a person's overall life. Hence the need to look at the possible causes of these phenomenon and diverse means of curbing it.
The post carefully analyzed the reasons for our bad dreams and of course, how to curb them.

3. Failure Is Okay (If The Ultimate Destination Is Success)

By @iamthegray

At first, when I saw the title, I was irked, I mean, why would you tell me that failure is okay? What the heck happened to success?
In a world that only focus on success stories, there are plenty of failures to go round. A major ingredient of success is the ability to manage failure. Even the best success stories often recount episodes of failure.

4. DO'S and DONT'S when your phone takes a dive in water.

By @greybat

I remember losing one of my phones recently and carelessly because it mistakenly fell off my hands into the water. I had switched it on immediately and a few cleaning I only did on the surface. Now I wish I had read this post earlier.
This is a detailed post on how to judiciously save your phone when it takes a dive in the water.

5. GO VEGGY! - Health Benefits Of VEGETABLES!

By @alisonudeme

If you've been considering whether or not you'd love to go veggy, I think you should read this.

6. Concentrating On One Goal

By @adahmiracle

The importance of concentrating on one goal cannot be overemphasized. Asides the fact that it makes you focused, there are also side benefits attached to it. It is easy to concentrate on one goal if a person is well motivated. Motivation has a very strong connection to the concentration of an individual who aims for a very special thing.
