The wounds of the soul are emotions that are suffered as we go through various situations that mark our personal, family, work or social history.
The experiences are forming what you are now, sometimes you will feel happy and in others deeply disappointed. In these moments that you feel a deep discouragement, disappointment and sadness; Our wounds are often opened.
The wounds of the soul are caused by damage, whether by pain, betrayal, even humiliation, every pain that we suffer in our lives makes us deep wounds in our soul, suffocate us, oppress us.
In this life we are sure that we will be hurt, it is a reality, like existence itself, because we live in a world full of obstacles, setbacks, betrayals, people unscrupulous, bitter, angry, frustrated, aggressive, false, liars, disloyal, unfaithful, indifferent, insensitive, who became accustomed to injustice, with a hard heart, which certainly abound, it is our task to identify them and assume the reality and to appear before us to go to the healer, the only one who does not deceive, who tells us the truth, accompanies us in sorrow and joy.
You know him is a great friend, his name Jesus of Nazareth. HE wants and is ready to heal all wounds, but we must admit that we are wounded and ask Him to heal us.
The Lord has come to heal broken hearts. These unhealed wounds are one of the main things that enclose us and fill us with darkness.
To begin to heal our heart, it is necessary to vent, talk, learn from one's own experiences, find another meaning to what you consider went wrong, because the frustrations are not to destroy your life are to rethink it.
Let's walk free every day asking for forgiveness when we sin, quickly forgiving others who offend or hurt us.
The heart is the place of interiority, we live and act according to our inner strengths, therefore it is necessary to have a healthy heart, with positive values, good feelings, you are what you keep in the heart.

venting can be a very good way out to leave a little pain that feels .. in my case I spent a lot of time very hard tests and had to mourn or in this case venting with someone and could not, but I remembered that I have a father who always expects me to speak to him to express what I feel and cry like a child .. It is important to know that when we do not have Sercan people at our side we will always have that father waiting for us and he will resivire us with open arms to listen to us ...
