Today's stage at La Vuelta cycling race is an extremely important individual time trial.

36 kilometers from Jurançon to Pau. Every meter at full speed with not a second to rest.

You can follow the riders live at the official site.

The favorite to take the stage and the leader's jersey is Slovenia's Primož Roglič. How will the other top riders cope with his time trial abilities?

Last from the gate will be the leader Nairo Quintana at 16:45 CET.
