Hey! Totally agree with most points here, ryanair is one of those airlines you love to hate but keep going back to. The price is just impossible to beat sometimes. My last flight was Dublin to Krakow — smooth, on time, no drama. But the time before that they changed my departure time by few hours and didn't bother sending any notification. Found out by accident when I checked the app. That kind of stuff really gets to you.
