Some faculty and administrations have gone so far that they are openly advocating anti-American, anti-free speech, anti-democratic values and even promoting the destruction of these values in the classroom. Faculty is increasingly pushing racist, sexist narratives of oppression demonizing primarily the demographic majority, here just a few examples:

• Stopping students from handing out copies of the United States Constitution on campus. There are numerous examples of this behavior.

• Teaching tactics of "creative violence" as a form of collective bargaining for organized labor unions while advocating industrial sabotage as a strategy.

• Students who have loudly proclaimed that they have broken the law are protected while those who support the law being enforced are punished for thoughtcrime against the administration who approved of the crime.

• Proclaiming a public park on a publically funded campus a non-free speech zone.

• Maliciously restricting distribution of a conservative student newspaper as a form of censorship.

• Disallowing an American themed BBQ because the theme itself was "offensive".

• Disallowing recruitment for a conservative club in a designated free speech zone.

• Using public funds to finance courses on how to oppose democratically elected government.

• Tolerating student government that calls for harboring fugitives and breaking the law.

• Funding illegal immigrant education and thus promoting technically criminal behavior. And here.

• Encouraging students to break the law in order to destroy "white" democracy.

• Claiming civil behavior is a racist ideology.

• Claiming meritocracy is a racist ideology.

• Claiming academic rigor is a racist ideology.

• Claiming math is a racist construct.

• Claiming the natural sciences are a racist construct.

• Claiming meritocracy is a racist construct and ideology.

• Claiming marrying white and having white babies is adherence to a hateful racist ideology.

• Dedicating $100 million to promote racist, sexist and gender discriminatory hiring practices.

• Giving in to student demands to "not be offended" while being verbally assaulted by the students demanding "protection".

• Advocating discrimination based on race, gender and socio-economic status and stifling free speech that highlights the discriminatory nature of that behavior.

• Paying professors to teach political activism hostile to certain candidates.

• Offering improved grades to participate in political activism supporting the professor's political views. Another example.

• Paying faculty to attend training intended to promote social justice ideology in the classroom.

• Actively discriminating against conservative voices on campus

• Disallowing the hanging of the American flag.

• Breeding environments of racial hatred among the student body while taking no steps to curb threats of violence.

• Promoting racist and sexist hiring practices

• Promoting the subversion of "heteronormativity" by advocating "queerness" in class.

• Defending violence based on racial identity.

• Numerous removals of Confederate Statues, removing public history from public spaces. And here.

• Threatening students with incarceration for exercising free speech and forbidding the flag of the United States in a campus office.

• The now common use of progressive stacking: "“I will always call on my black women students first. Other [people of color] get second tier priority. [White women] come next. And, if I have to, white men,” University of Pennsylvania teaching assistant Stephanie McKellop tweeted in October."

• Supporting advocates of (white) genocide.

• Installing abortion cocktail vending machines on campus that do not require medical advice, proof of age or have any checks against abuse.

• Providing facilities for self-professed Communist propaganda funded by foreign powers.

• Using academic "writing guides" as a vehicle to police speech and thought in keeping with a specific political orientation. (Many examples)

• Tolerating professor-run organizations (CAN) that support violent criminal behavior. See also [my treatment of the "Campus Antifacist Network" here].

• Tolerating professors that seek to destroy cultural heritage sites or monuments.

The list of anti-intellectual, anti-free speech, authoritarian and blatantly illegal actions on the part of university and school administrations would fill a book. I hope this small selection provide a brief idea of the scope and magnitude of the problem. Regardless of who is doing so, civil governance, constitutional law and societal cohesion is being openly and actively subverted by countless bad actors throughout the educational establishment.
