MY VOCAB PRACTICE.

  1. Clarify
    When the heavy fog began to clarify, we were excited to see our friends again.
  2. Declare
    The airport had us declare our bedroom toys.
  3. Clairvoyant
    The clairvoyant had found our missing daughter by seeing our smart phone GPS tracker in her mind.
  4. Clairvoyance
    The magician had used her clairvoyance to win every poker game in the world series.

Your usage in #1 is not entirely correct. You creativity in the following 3 is noted and appreciated. Particularly #2.

Learning language inevitably involves trail and error. Lots of errors!! Anyone hesitant to try new expressions and fearful of making errors will not learn much.

And I appreciate the effort.

    I believe we are surrounded by spirit and clairvoyants are the only ones who can see and communicate with them.

  4. Clairvoyance
    Some historians and political analysts don't tell you the future through have the magic gift of clairvoyance, instead they have the ability to read the contemporary events.

Regarding the question of different types of drinks matching different dishes of food, my general rule is ....

Alcohol goes well with anything. Any meal, any snack, any appetizer, and any dessert.

Your usage of "clairvoyance" in #4 is incorrect. As you can see from the definition, it does not refer to a person, but an ability.
