Yeah, I said it jokingly, since he (likely accidentally) used 'electric' instead of 'eclectic'.

ELECT: Would it not therefore be easier to dissolve the people and elect another in their place?
NEGLECT: American arrogance and neglect played a big part in this stunning reversal.
ELEGIBLE: There was no agreement on what was eligible and what was not.
ECLECTIC: I'm fairly conservative when it comes to music but my wife has very eclectic tastes.
