On Saturday evening I did 7 hours binge watching
... and I felt like a lazy old couch potato this "morning".
The web series called "13 reasons why" is really exciting and dramatic... I had more than the half of the second season yesterday.
buuut:
I have more to say about saturday evening and more things I have done but just blanked them out while thinking about yesterday.
I will deliver also several messages and lessons I have learned with this video!

Am Samstag Abend habe ich ganze 7 Stunden mit binge watching verbracht
... und habe mich heute morgen wie eine alte faule Couch Potato gefühlt.
Die Serie "13 reasons why" ist echt spannend und super dramatisch.. Ich habe mehr als die Hälfte der zweiten Staffel geschafft.
Aaaaber:
I habe noch mehr über den Wochenendabend zu erzählen, was ich aber bis eben noch völlig ausgeblendet habe.
Ich uberliefere euch sogar von mehrere Lektionen, die ich gestern gelernt habe.

Sometimes,we focus on one thing and we forget everything else.We all do a lot of things during our day but sometimes it seems like the less important one stays on our mind.Great poi also.My girlfriend used to practice on a diy poi,it's very fun and entertaining!

Also we use to forget all the positive things and make the error to concentrate on the nice and positive things.
Also in Poi playing i have some troubles but I enjoy every moment of time, when I am swinging these tools. In the ealry beginning I concentrated too much on tricks and things I can not do.. but now I am free to play (after learning the basics ^^) and I have fun. Trciks will come automatically.

Ha, I can totally empathize with you, just yesterday I woke up feeling lazy and binge-watched youtube, and at times like that, I feel bad for my laziness (thinking of all the valuable things I could do in the meantime). Sometimes that traps me into a guilt-procrastination loop. :D But I've found it is easy to overcome it if you start with a small activity of something creative, anything! So I'm happy to see you do something of that sort too!
That's how yesterday from being a couch potato I moved on to finishing 2 paintings, taking some photos, and a video for dtube.
A poi, interesting! I had to google it up now!

Yeah procrastination-loops are made from devil.. I read a book about resistance called "war of art" and I can recommend it to everyone who is making art and feel the resisitance to create.
I will make a video soon about me spinning pois orbitted by my little drone :P Just need the time to make this in the darkness :P
