Penny's workout Vlog 2

so two recovery days and im back in the thick 9f it with my treadmill routine.

Start 15 min stretch.

treadmill, incline 15, pace 3.5 mph 65min

end 15min stretch.

So after a nine hour day at work moving as only retail can, i start my workout week with this😁 more tomorrow, stay happy🖤🦄👑
