Build A Team: Introduction to the Vloggers Guild.
The main idea behind the D.Tube Vision is to bring like minded people together (vloggers, editors, lifestyle vlogger,cooks,entertainers,artist & more) to create a Community that supports the Decentralized Video Hosting Platform. Not just by uploading content, but by promoting the Platform and its various users on the Platform. The team will consist of DTubers & Youtubers + those who want to join. The best way we found to team build was via The Vloggers Guild. Creating a Community where Vloggers can coordinate together + Seek advice and help at the same time. The Vloggers Guild is aimed to help New comers and Vets with Vlogging and figuring out what can be done to take it to the next level, but this is only PHASE 1.

I recently made a video campaigning to be a D.Tube Star WATCH VIDEO HERE Long story short is it started the conversation about the idea of there being D.Tube Stars with @heimindanger. Also DLive reached out for beta testers.
What does this mean?
Well, If you couple The Vloggers Guild with the idea of D.Tube Stars, you'll see the synergy. Steemians can come join The Vloggers Guild and learn the ins and outs, after they graduate they can they move on to promoting D.Tube and other platforms we enjoy and support. The More Successful people we can produce the better content will become and we will have WAY MORE VLOGGING STARS!
How does this bring Value back to STEEMIT and the Blockchain in general?
1.We would be producing our very own Crypto Vloggers. People that we all talk to and know and have interaction with, which means Marketing our beloved Platforms STEEMIT & D.Tube to not just people on the blockchain, but in t he REAL WORLD.
2.Interesting/Original Content brings more Users to the site,plus more content creators. Which means MORE Uploads for D.Tube and more Users on STEEMIT.
3.Tokens, Vloggers will soon have the ability to create a token for their fan base, which will be able to be traded with OTHER vlog communities for various acts such as: Commenting, Marketing, Interactions, Watch Time, Watching Ads, & more.
4.Bringing in outside investors to the Blockchain via Easy Understanding. As entertainers its a lot easier for us to bridge some gaps between the real world and the blockchain. We are also ALWAYS out n about filming which leads us to meet people all t he time.
5.Advertising and Branding for Projects and whales/People who would like to remain anon.
6.Witness Reps. - The PR Face for Anon Coders. Who want to remain Anon, but also want to bring attention to their Projects.
7.We can turn Vlogging/Editing & more into jobs and give people better chances at success when joining the Platform.

This is an awesome initiative that you are starting. Anything that can be done to improve the quantity and quality of original content on steemit is HUGE for the development of the site. Kudos for being an early adopter and taking it into your own hands to make this happen.
Love seeing @happymoneyman on the list of your first members, he's a boss.
I'll be the first to admit that I was skeptical of DTube for a long time. Recently I've come to realize that DTube is cool, but perhaps IPFS (underlying the system) has some flaws... regardless, hopefully the stuff will load quickly and reliably so people can really enjoy the content.
Video blogging can be a lot of fun. I had some success earlier this year sharing video blogs to steemit... might get back into it. Only if DTube is loading reliably though.
I guess my question is, how do you drive traffic to this content? Are there any plans beyond merely sharing it on steem? I'm trying to brainstorm and understand ways to get more attention from consumers, not just creators, on here... your initiative seems like a good step in that direction.
