Yeah I also listen to Gary V and he said one thing that I loved too about new social media. He was saying that he put a lot of time into a new SM and it flopped but he didn't care because what he learnt there was priceless and helped him get ready for the next thing. That's a good mind set to have, I think Dtube is here to stay though but who knows. I'm gonna get focused. Good post man.

Gary certainly provides people with a lot of great ideas and I admire his motivation. His overall attitude is one of someone who's really energized with hustle. I'd agree that if you can get a foothold and or influence on at least one platform it can open things up for you on other platforms. I do Voice Over for a big channel on YouTube. From time to time I will plug my own channel and within a few days I can have as many as 400 new subscribers. Happy Thanksgiving!
