@papa-pepper, this is a wonderful piece of land, add a bunch of redwoods and sequoias and a couple rivers and hills and you have the sweet little plot I live in! It seems you realized this long ago, but I think more people need to start seeking out their own homesteads instead of suffocating in the concrete monstrosities of cities.
