No, not a roof. Miscellaneous places around downtown, to comply with laws. And yes, it was "brrrrr" ;-) Clearrrrr and brrrr! Brrrr is actually a bitch on the batteries; one must be extremely careful not to lose power in mid air on account of it and watch the telemetry like a hog. Kinda kills the camera creativity some. But I digress; the title was meant to be a pun on the music, not the weather.

It has trackers, GPS and GLONASS. Unfortunately, when the batteries crap out from the cold it falls right out of the sky. Whatever you're tracking you can sweep up later ;-)
Also ich finde das Video super. Eine Drone ist wirklich was tolles, da wird man bestimmt oft für beneidet. Wenn ich das so sehe könnte ich mir durchaus auch vorstellen mal meine Stadt von oben zu erkunden.

this is cool. I rarely fly at night. What Drone do you use? I use a Phantom 3 Advanced and a Mavic Pro. I love them both. im always interested in what others are flying.
I use a DJI Spark, but I'm thinking about upgrading. Either Mavic Air or Mavic Pro II, when it comes out. Watching the market.
Mal so aus Interesse. Muss man die Drone anmelden in Deutschland? Du fliegst ja überall rum :D Die Gesetze für Dronen sind ja recht harsch oder?
Nein, man muss sie nicht anmelden, aber kennzeichnen und versichern (als Privatmann). Und man DARF fast überall rumfliegen, mit gewissen Einschränkungen (Industrieanlagen, Flughäfen, Menschenmengen u.s.w.). Manche meiner Sachen sehen viel gewagter aus, als sie sind. Man kann viel vortäuschen, von Kamerawinkel bis Postproduction gibt es Möglichkeiten.
Das neue Drohnengesetz ist eigentlich recht sinnvoll und läßt genügend Freiheiten. Eine Ausnahme bildet das Anmeldegebot für Nachtflüge, was reine Geldmacherei ist. Deshalb drauf gesch...! Die Drohne mit ihren Lichtern ist bei Nacht besser auf Sicht zu fliegen als am Tag und im ÖFFENTLICHEN Luftraum unter 100 m besteht KEINE Kollissionsgefahr. Das Sicherheitsargument sticht also nicht.
