The gamers are getting old
The popularity of video games has been growing little by little so every year more people join to play video games but despite the fact that many young people play video games, the average age of gamer is 38 years old, you may wonder why? because the public in this market has been aging. Video games ceased to be exclusive entertainment for minors. The children who started in this entertainment 20 or 25 years ago, today are over 30 years old.
It is also something that the video game companies don't stop taking advantage, the first generation of gaming consoles are refusing to give up the hobby, the companies have appeal to nostalgia as a capitalizable and highly profitable factor, peeling those children who grew up playing video games and that now has the purchasing power.
Not only video game companies seek benefits in this market, during the 2008 presidential election, Barack Obama purchased ad space in 18 games that ran in 10 states, Obama campaigns was targeted the demographic of ages 18 to 34.
Studies have shown that the average age of fans of this entertainment have been aging. And according to Statista display, It doesn’t look like gaming is going to slow down anytime soon just get grey and older, these statistics are interesting to read about it.

Bueno.. Discord es como un whatsapp pense que los conocias porque es la plataforma que usan los juegos online como playstation xbox y los demas juegos de PCs.
