Do the Account Recovery First then.
They probably have change the Password.
Later do that and return your Delegation.
Ok, done, then how?
They have not change your Password!
Do not do Account Recovery.
Just change your Master Password and copy it to a SAFE place.
You are done.
Your Delegation should be Return to you in 7 days.

thank you for the reminders me too I was once a victim chenie account now I learned and lesson learned too. This post is very useful for us to be aware of this kind of people who are just simply with no hard work earning money.
