I have gotten a chuckle from the many Venezuelans I know here. In the dead of summer, when we were all dying of the heat and humidity, they were unaffected. But now that the weather has started to cool off, being down in the range of 8-10 degrees most mornings, they're piling on the heavy jackets and complaining about how cold it is. I suppose that's what comes of growing up in an equatorial country.
