In my reflections, taking advantage of the fact that past days was the International Women's Day (by the way, Congratulations), I have recreated in my mind several images of many friends and strangers that I see in these streets of Venezuela and I have noticed how the appearance of most of them has noticeably deteriorated.

In fact, yesterday I went for a walk in the mall, near my residence in Puerto la Cruz, and sadly confirmed my sad appraisals, to see many women disheveled, scruffy, badly dressed, disheveled, with ugly face and even sweaty emitting bad odors; and I also saw many women who deteriorated their appearances with strong makeup not in accordance with their faces and with somewhat uncoordinated clothes; although I could also see that some girls like me continue to be very nice, well dressed, elegant, perfumed and well made.

Knowing the current difficult situation in Venezuela, I asked myself: Why go untidy? Well, obviously with the socioeconomic crisis that we are living in Venezuela maybe it is not for less, and there is no way to maneuver in this sense. But, really friends on Steemit and especially the Venezuelans, I know that we are all beautiful: why not make a small effort and stay well, even if we are inventing and without spending a lot of money?

In real life, ugly ducklings do not exist, we are not stupid victims in this story, both internal and external beauty must be our best weapons and a faithful reflection of ourselves.

In consideration of everything previously said, from this beautiful Steemit platform, today I want to share with all of you a series of useful and simple tips, of those that do not need to have a lot of money to apply them and thus be able to see ourselves as divine; because you do not have to be famous to be beautiful. In fact, I assure you that if we remove all the makeup of the famous and leave them to the natural (and without implants, fashion clothes and accessories to those who believe they are "swans", they are just real and common women like all of us we are).

In this sense, there is a very popular saying that we say but perhaps we do not apply it for laziness or foolish excuses, which says: "there is no ugly woman, but badly arranged"; and that is totally true. But, many also say that "beauty costs", because makeup, treatments, aesthetic surgeries, hairdressing, beauty products and designer clothes are of high prices; and this is where I have to stop and say FALSE or that is not totally true, those are marketing theories to make us spend more money to fix ourselves or in such a case for those of us who are poor to have them as excuses to be upset, why do I say it? Ok, I explain:

1- Makeup? At the time of makeup we do not have to use the full range of shadows, eyebrow pencil, excess blush and walk with those red cheeks (that costs more money and does not necessarily improve our appearance, it is best to use little in soft shades and quantities, so it saves and we look more beautiful); and to top it all the bad habit of applying a red lipstick in the mouth at all times or lipsticks with a lot of intensity. Friends please, it is certainly very nice red lipstick, but you have to know how to apply it and when to use it. The soft colors, low and in small quantities will give us a subtle effect of natural simplicity and beauty, which is very nice when it comes to leaving, and help us to walk radiant all day, and without exaggerated "retouching".

2- Expensive Treatments? Thanks to God and to nature itself, all of us can make our own natural creams in the comfort of home; creating products that will not have harmful chemicals that can affect our skin. So we can use such treatments as the famous ones (or do you think they do not make their avocado or cucumber creamery?). Investigate online the natural and homemade products that can be done without spending so much money is my recommendation.

3- Aesthetic surgeries? Friends do not need to pay high sums of money in surgeries, because with disciplined disposition an hour of our time two or three times a week is enough, and so we can condition our bodies by doing our own gym at home; for example: perform sit-ups, squats, legs, arms and many other things to improve our figure; or we can simply go to the park for a while with the children and while they play, we trot around, but always checking our children.

4- Fashion and designer clothes? Well we can have, although it is a bit complicated, but with a good combination everything is solved; you just need to be inspired when making the wardrobe and choose, without feeling bad, so you have seen a beautiful dress modeled by one of those top model chichas and want to look just like her, because it does not matter because we are unique and the good combination what we do in the dress makes the difference.

5- An important trick is the right lingerie because they can work miracles for our figures. For example, putting on that "push up" bra, a good bikini and a fajita from time to time does not hurt us and helps to enhance our figure.

6- The hair? Many of us would like to have blonde hair, but first you should consult a stylist for an appropriate change (but you do not necessarily have to pay large sums of money in a hairdressing salon, because on the Internet there are many tips from famous stylists that can be useful for all of us). Also, remember that the color of your hair should be according to the tone of your skin.

7- And finally we always have to look for ways to take care of ourselves (including our health), even if we are in crisis, and invest a little of our time in ourselves, which can help us a lot to be more sure of ourselves and feel beautiful, radiant and happy
