Since you're new around here, please don't waste your votes on comments, at least until you have a minimum of 100 Steem Power.

Until then, focus on voting people's main posts.

So, if you want to vote on a comment, make sure that comment already has at least one vote already, so you can add your contribution to it.

The reason for this is that small votes for comments end up being wasted. Yes, that's right: you're wasting your vote... and the people you vote for are not receiving any reward for that. :-/
