Antique Copar Panzer tractor - Vehicle photography contest entry
This model is the last one that was equipped with a 9-cylinder engine. In this case, a Bridgs & Stratton model 23A engine with 9 hp is installed, and the rear tires were 8x16 "Goodyears". These tractors were produced from 1959 to 1961. The last exemplar was sold in the august of 1961.
For the production of tractors Company was founded by the company Copart, and the production was in the state of Maryland.
In 1960, Copar was sold to Virginia Metalcrafters, soon after that the production of tractors was moved to another location. In 1970, Panzer became part of Jackson Manfacturing, and in 1971 it was closed due to the company's bankruptcy. The remaining spare parts and models were bought by Dandy Sales.
I believe that the Panzer in the picture is a T220, but it also can be model T210.
This photo was taken in Brasil with Canon 600D.
