It definitely is. There are many energy vortex around the world. Mt. Shasta California and Sedona Arizona are two more locations and the beauty if it is that each energy is unique. Im unaware of the breathing techniques but thank you for that, its always great to learn new things. Hawaiian wisdom is so vast there is uniqueness within each communitiy and especially from each island so it makes sense. Thanks ☺
