🏎️My trusty companion on my trip in Tenerife. Smart.🏎️

Well, ok, it's not a race car. But other than that it is a piece of amazing engineering that has almost no drawbacks (unless you get into an accident lol). Spacious inside to a point that you even forget you are driving a small tin can, with superb handling on curvy Spanish roads (until you hit 140km/h and it is trying to jump of the road) that rides smooth as silk (on the roads that are smooth like silk) but it collects every bump, which in turn can be called a car that gives a nice road feedback :) Extremely economical having in mind it's weight, which is probably only twice the weight of the driver and the passenger (that ofc depends on the weight of driver and passenger).

But it is a cute piece of engineering that makes you fall in love with it if all driving conditions are perfect. And last but not the least... It is a cute beauty conscious of climate warming. If made electric would be even more so.

And it's size? Well size is always a matter of perspective.

I have a Fiat 500 and that thing fits everywhere I cannot tell people enough how helpful it becomes if you are in any city... thank you for sharing your passion for small cars :)

You are right! Parking this car was also an experience, you just stop it anywhere, exit the vehicle and leave it as it is, and nobody notices it lol

even cops feel bad about pulling it over hahahahah

When first Smarts hit the market (it was around last ice-age probably), they were widely advertised as a "safe" because of their hard construction, compared to a nutshell. They even tried to prove it showing some crash tests, where Smart was using crumple zone of other car.
I immediately became suspicious.
Because, you know... trees and city lamps are not equipped with crumple zones ;-)
So it may be a fun to drive and easy to park little car, but I'm a bit afraid that it quickly turns into the coffin on the wheels when you hit anything ;)

I am sure it is:) You can advertise things when you take them out of the context, but you can not take anything out from the road and zillion variables. It is a nice car on a good dry road in a city though when you are not going faster than 60 km/h. And even then:) But anything above 100 km/h is playing with death i suppose :)
