I feel I might end up writing my own essay right here on how much I love your essay haha <3 Seriously though, especially after being at Bali Vegan Festival this past weekend, sitting at meals with some of the most influential vegans in the world, I feel so empowered to share these recipes and open the door for people who don't see this as a possibility.
