Aww well thank you @davidormormhila :) For the record, I was once not vegan as well and then all of the benefits and advantages grasped me and held me and now I just feel compelled to share ;) I'm happy to be able to inspire in this way! Maybe we'll convince you to give one of the amazing recipes a go ;)
